What I Do?
I help stressed, depleted people release what’s holding them back, retrain how they breathe, and develop genuine strength through breath, heat, cold, and movement — so they can feel well, think clearly, and become the strongest version of themselves.

Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation
Using targeted breathwork sessions and contrast therapy — heat and cold — I help you shift out of stress and into a state of genuine calm and energy. Not just for an hour. Over time, your nervous system learns a new baseline.

Breathing Coaching
Most people with chronic stress are breathing poorly without knowing it. I'll help you retrain your breathing patterns — how you breathe at rest, during movement, and under pressure — for better physical and mental health.

Movement
I use movement in two ways. First, to ground you — releasing held tension from the body and reconnecting you to yourself. Second, to make you stronger - mobility, resistance training, and conditioning that builds real physical capacity.
